What Happened

State Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Red River Expressway in Burkburnett, TX on May 12th, 2022. Police are saying it happened around 7:45 a.m. According to investigators, a Kia Soul operated by 38-year-old Michelle Danielle Campbell Woodworth was at an ATM in a parking lot when an oil tanker truck operated by a 44-year-old Braman, OK man clipped the vehicle while exiting the parking lot. Police say Woodworth was in to process of making a deposit at the time of the incident and the impact caused her to fall from the vehicle, suffering non-life-threatening injuries. The Braman man, who officials say was located after the incident, was not injured and cooperated with the investigation.
