Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 59 in Polk County, TX on May 25th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:10 a.m. A Chevrolet C1500 operated by 31-year-old Mickenzie Quinn Hall was reportedly forced to take evasive action as tractor-trailer traveling at a high rate of speed veered into its lane. The Chevrolet veered from the road into a ditch causing Hall minor injuries. The tractor-trailer never stopped and left the scene.
