What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a collision that killed a man at East Fwy in Channelview, TX on September 18th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:30 a.m. A truck reportedly ran a stop sign and collided with the rear of an 18-wheeler stopped at a stop intersection. The truck caught fire with the driver inside, who died at the scene. He was identified as 21-year-old Miguel Camarillo. The other driver was not injured.
