What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials have identified the two people killed in a crash at State Hwy 176 in Andrews County, TX on July 26th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 4 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-750 headed westbound is said to have veered from the road for unknown reasons. While attempting to return to the roadway, officers allege the vehicle overcorrected, causing it to go into a skid and overturn. While the driver, who was not identified was taken to an area hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries, two additional occupants were killed. They were identified as 36-year-old Miguel De Los Santos Jr and 53-year-old Juan Serna-Romero. Additional information was not available.
