What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at Allen Genoa in South Houston, TX on February 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:10 p.m. According to investigators, a GMC Sonoma operated by a 34-year-old Houston man was headed northbound on South Allen Genoa before colliding with a Ford Escape operated by 35-year-old Lenelle Kelly Armstrong during a turn. Armstrong suffered minor injuries while a passenger, 54-year-old Milton Barnes, suffered serious injuries. Three other passengers were evaluated for possible injuries. The Houston man was also evaluated for injuries and charged with Failure to Control Speed and Failure to Display Drivers License.
