Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Anthem Dr in Frisco, TX on March 15th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 6:29 p.m. Police believe a Kia Sorento veered over a curb in to a private parking lot before colliding head-on with a Toyota Prius exiting a parking stall. The impact is said to have pushed the Toyota into another parked, unoccupied vehicle, leaving 70-year-old Prius operator, Miryam Rumbaut, seriously injured. The other driver, who was not publicly identified, was allegedly uninjured and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
