Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Gaisford St in Dallas, TX on January 5th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 9:35 p.m. According to investigators, a Mini Cooper operated by 30-year-old Moises Diaz was headed northwest through a parking lot when it turned left and veered onto an island. The vehicle traveled up over the island and struck a tree before overturning and partially ejected Diaz, who suffered fatal injuries. Investigators allege Diaz may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
