What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 95 in Holland, TX on August 2nd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 10:30 p.m. According to investigators, a Honda Accord headed northbound on Hwy 95 was allegedly evading authorities before meeting out of its lane and colliding with a portable traffic light and barrier cones. From there, the vehicle is said to have entered into a ditch before colliding with another vehicle and light post. Authorities say the driver of the Honda, identified as 71-year-old Mona Greenlee, was seriously injured. The other driver was not injured and allegedly uninjured.
