Virginia State Police have information on a crash at Leesburg Bypass in Leesburg, VA on October 23rd, 2024. Officials say the incident happened around 1:45 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer is alleged to have struck a Chrysler 300 before fleeing the scene. Officials say all there occupants of the Chrysler were hospitalized. One occupant, identified as 93-year-old Monica Lee, was fatally injured. Police did not have additional information available.
