Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-20 in Grand Prairie, TX on December 28th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:34 a.m. According to investigators, a Lexus operated by a 29-year-old Grand Prairie man was traveling behind a Dodge Ram operated by 48-year-old Myint Kyi at the time. They allege the Lexus struck the rear of the Dodge, which began slowing to avoid debris in the roadway. The Dodge lost control as a result, overturning several times into a nearby light pole. Police say Kyi suffered suspected serious injuries. The Grand Prairie man was evaluated for possible injuries. Additional information was not available.
