Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-635 in Dallas, TX on January 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:30 p.m. Investigators believe a tractor-trailer operated by a 41-year-old Elizabethtown, KY man was headed westbound on LBJ Freeway when it allegedly changed lanes when unsafe a struck a Mazda 3 operated by 19-year-old Nadiya Mohamed. Mohamed and a 16-year-old passenger both suffered minor injuries. The truck driver was not injured. Additional information was not immediately available.
