Authorities in Midland County, TX, are investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred on January 23, 2025, at approximately 6:21 a.m. at the intersection of Farm-to-Market Road 715 and County Road 120. A 2022 Ford F-450, allegedly driven by a 24-year-old male, disregarded a stop sign and collided with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee traveling northbound. An occupant of the Jeep, identified as Nancy Gutierrez, sustained serious injuries and was transported to a nearby medical facility. The Ford driver and three passengers, ages 18 and 19, were uninjured. Contributing factors included failure to obey a stop sign and driver fatigue. The investigation is ongoing.
