What Happened

Weatherford Police are investigating a three-vehicle crash that killed one person and injured several others. Police say the incident happened around 1:13 a.m. Investigators allege a Mini Cooper headed westbound on North Bend Rd may have failed to yield while turning onto FM 51. Officials say this led to the vehicle colliding with a Nissan Rogue and Toyota Camry. One occupant of the Mini Cooper, identified as 18-year-old Naomi Nash, died at the scene. Three other occupants, identified as 18-year-old Colby Harris, 18-year-old Kenneth Parrish and 18-year-old Harley Blakeley, were hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. The driver of the Camry, identified as 26-year-old Carter Bobo, was also hospitalized. The others involved were not injured, according to police. Additional information was not available.
