State Police are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Rosborough Springs Rd in Marshall, TX on December 21st, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:24 p.m. A Chrysler 300 operated by 37-year-old Natalie Mathis was traveling northbound on Rosborough when police say it veered from the road at a curve. They also say there was a large yellow arrow sign marking the curve. The vehicle is said the have continued straight, veering from the road into the sign and a nearby tree. Responding officers allege Mathis, who was seriously injured, appeared to exhibit signs of intoxication at the scene. Records indicate a charge of DWI was recommended and/or issued.
