Police say the incident happened around 3:27 p.m. A Chevrolet Silverado C3500 operated by a 43-year-old Dallas woman is said to have failed to yield during a left turn and collided with a Chevrolet Malibu operated by 48-year-0ld Nathan Webb. The impact caused serious injuries to Webb and a passenger, 70-year-old Susan Webb. The Dallas woman not injured and charged with Failure to Yield Row to Approaching Traffic-Turning Left.
