What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at FM 2100 in Harris County, TX on November 24th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:20 a.m. A Harley-Davidson operated by 50-year-old Neal Smith was headed southbound on FM 2100 when investigators say it veered from the road. It then hit a ditch, causing Smith to be ejected from the vehicle, before continuing forward southwest and crashing into a road sign. Smith suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
