Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured two people at 49th St and Indiana Ave in Lubbock, TX on March 10th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. Investigators believe a Nissan Altima operated by an unnamed 19-year-0ld woman was headed westbound when it collided with a parked GMC Yukon. The collision left 23-year-old passenger, Nicholas Enriquez, with serious injuries. The driver had minor injuries and officers recommended an Intoxication Assault charge.
