What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a motorcyclist at US 87 in Lubbock, TX on April 21st, 2023. Police say it happened around 3:45 a.m. According to investigators, a Harley-Davidson operated by 31-year-old Nicholas Narbaez was headed southbound before traveling over a patch of gravel in the road. Officials believe this caused the vehicle to lost control and overturn, ejecting Narbaez from the vehicle and leaving him with injuries believed to be serious in nature. Officials say Narbaez was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
