Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-30 in Garland, TX on August 18th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 2:05 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 32-year-old Killeen man was headed eastbound on I-30 when it veered into a lane occupied by a Kia Stinger. The truck struck the rear bumper of the Stinger, which lost control and veered into the path of another vehicle. Both collided and the Stinger driver, 20-year-old Nicolas Ray Miller, was seriously injured and hospitalized. Neither of the other drivers were injured. Additional details were not available.
