What Happened

Area authorities have information on a crash that killed a driver at I-30 in Dallas, TX on November 25th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3:51 a.m. Investigators allege that a Toyota Tacoma traveling at a high rate of speed changed lanes from a left center lane to a far right lane in an eastbound lane where a tractor-trailer was stopped in traffic. They say the Tacoma collided with the rear of a commercial truck and that the incident was witnessed by an officer working to assist another motorist at the scene. The Tacoma driver, 19-year-old Noe Saldana, suffered fatal injuries. Two people in the tractor-trailer were evaluated for possible injuries.
