San Antonio Police are investigating a collision that injured a man at East Southcross and Stringfellow St in San Antonio, TX on January 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10:30 p.m. A pickup truck reportedly ran a stop sign and was struck by a smaller passenger car as a result. The impact sent the pickup truck into a concrete wall and the driver was hospitalized in stable condition. The occupants of the passenger car were not injured.
