Area authorities are investigating a failure to stop and render aid incident at Springdale Rd in Austin, TX on April 2nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:20 a.m. Investigators say the incident involved a a Mustang and Lincoln Continental colliding under unclear circumstances. After the Lincoln pulled over, the Mustang struck the passenger side of the Lincoln, which pushed the Lincoln driver into the pavement. The Mustang then reportedly left the scene without stopping to assist the other driver. That driver was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
