Dallas Police arrested a driver in connection with a collision that injured a pedestrian at Elm St in Dallas, TX on August 22nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 1:30 a.m. A vehicle operated by 25-year-old Adonis Hartfield was reportedly driving erratically at a high rate of speed when it collided with a pickup truck, police horse and pedestrian. The pedestrian was hospitalized in critical condition. The police horse was not injured. Hartfield was arrested and faces charges of Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle, Accident Involving Serious Bodily Injury, and Possession of Marijuana.
