What Happened

Houston Police have charged a driver in connection with a crash that killed a person at Bingle Dr in Houston, TX on October 9th, 2021. Police say the incident happened when a Dodge Dakota operated by 23-year-old Jose Arturo Ramos struck a Toyota Rav4 and went airborne and struck a tree. The vehicle landed and struck the Toyota once more while a Ramos was ejected from the vehicle. A passenger in the Dodge, Oscar Chirinos Ramos, died at the scene. The driver and passenger in the Toyota were not injured. Ramos was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
