Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a woman at I-20 in Ector County, TX on September 7th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:49 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 27-year-old man was westbound before allegedly making an insane lane change and colliding with a Honda Accord operated by 43-year-old Mildren Lovos. Police say both Lovos and a passenger, 43-year-old Oscar Lovos, were injured. The other driver was not injured and sources indicate a Change Lanes When Unsafe was issued against the driver.
