Police say the incident happened around 12:38 a.m. According to investigates, a Honda Accord's reportedly stopped or disabled in a middle lane of traffic before it was struck by an approaching eastbound Chevrolet Silverado. Reports allege the Honda was stopped without active head lighting and add the collision seriously injured the 31-year-old driver, identified as 31-year-old Oscar Moran.
