What Happened

Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a collision involving a pedestrian at Garth Rd in Harris County, TX on September 23rd, 2021. They say it happened just after 12 a.m. and involved a man being struck by a passing vehicle just after stepping into the roadway.
