Authorities have information on an incident that killed an individual at a work site in Dalhart, TX on June 20th, 2023. Officials are saying around 12:30 p.m, 56-year-old Oscar Soto Salinas was working to free an auger at a work site that had become stuck. While doing so, reports indicate the pipe wrench somehow made contact with Salian's while a high amount of pressure was being applied using the wrench.
