What Happened

Montgomery County Police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at FM 1484 in Montgomery County, TX on June 30th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 7 p.m. A Chevrolet 2500 work truck operated by 27-year-old Joseph Sharp reportedly crossed into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. The motorcyclist, 53-year-old Pamela Jean Dunlap, suffered fatal injuries. Her 15-year-old female passenger was hospitalized in critical condition. Police say that Sharp allegedly fell asleep behind the wheel prior to the collision. No additional information was available.
