What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at Dottie Lynn Parkway in Arlington, TX on October 30th, 2021. Police say the incident happened when a southbound Chevrolet Traverse was making a left turn into the Village Creek Historical area. A motorcycle headed northbound collided with the SUV and the 44-year-old cyclist, Patrick Michael Stephens, suffered fatal injuries at the scene. Investigators mentioned that unsafe speeds played a factors in the collision. The occupants of the SUV were not injured.
