Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Tower Rd in Hidalgo County, TX on May 22nd, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:39 a.m. According to investigators, a Honda CR-V operated by a 38-year-old male who was not identified had been headed eastbound on FM 1925 at the time of the crash. The vehicle is said have turned onto Tower Rd and veered onto a nearby property, striking a fence and pallet of construction materials. Before coming to rest, the vehicle also struck a parked, unoccupied van. While the driver had suspected minor injuries, according to police, a passenger was more seriously injured.
