Area authorities are investigating a crash that killed a person at I-610 and Evergreen St in Bellaire, TX on October 3rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 6:12 p.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Echo operated by 31-year-old Paul Lodo is said to have performed an unsafe lane change before it was struck by a Hino van.
