Police say the incident happened around 11:49 a.m. An Audi S8 operated by a 37-year-old Boerne, TX man reportedly ran a red light at an intersection and collided with a Toyota Celica operated by 23-year-old Paul Rocha. Rocha suffered serious injuries in the collision. The Boerne man was not injured and charged with Disregarding a Red Light. Rocha was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and False Drug Test Falsification Device.
