Houston Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at Westheimer Rd and Lazy Hollow Dr in Houston, TX on September 16th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:15 a.m. According to investigators, a vehicle collided with an unnamed 68-year-old pedestrian who was crossing at a crosswalk with the aid of a walker. The pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and authorities say they were dragged by the vehicle before mile before the vehicle fled the scene. The pedestrian suffered fatal injuries in the collision and police are currently searching for the driver involved.
