Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-35 and Overton Rd in Dallas, TX on April 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5:45 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Prius operated by 53-year-old Peggy Hagan suffered a tire blowout that caused the vehicle to lose control and crash into a concrete barrier.
