Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a man at I-20 in Smith County, TX on October 27th, 2022. Police say the incident happened when a Chevrolet Express van headed eastbound allegedly failed to control its speed and collided with the rear of an 18-wheeler.
