What Happened

Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Sendera Ranch Rd in Montgomery County, TX on June 4th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:50 p.m. Authorities are saying a Tesla Model 3 allegedly failed to yield right of way while attempting to turn left onto Ranch Lake Dr. Reports say the Tesla was struck by an approaching Tesla Model Y, the impact causing the Model Y to spin into the path of an approaching motorcycle. Those vehicles collided, reports say, the collision causing 35-year-old motorcyclist, Philip McCulloch, to be ejected from the vehicle. Sources indicate McCulloch was seriously injured and hospitalized while the driver of the Model Y had non-life-threatening injuries. A Failure to Yield Right of Way citation was recommended and/or issued against the driver of the Model 3, reports claim.
