Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 563 and Simon Rd in Chambers County, TX on December 23rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 12:25 a.m. A Ford F-150 operated by 19-year-old Phu Pham was headed south on FM 563 when it veered from the road into a culvert before landing in a tree line. Pham suffered serious injuries and reports indicate Pham was issued a Driving While Intoxicated charge.
