According to investigators, a Toyota Camry was traveling westbound when it rear-ended a Dodge Charger, which was allegedly parked and/or disabled in a traffic lane without lights.  Officials report that the 26-year-old driver of the Dodge, Porsha Holmes, sustained suspected serious injuries, while the 21-year-old driver of the Toyota suffered minor injuries.
