Houston Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at Harwin Dr in Houston, TX on January 21st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 1:35 a.m. According to investigators, a westbound vehicle is alleged to have veered from the road for unknown reasons before crashing into a nearby tree. A 25-year-old passenger in the vehicle, identified as Prisca Mukwanga, is said to have been ejected in the impact and suffered fatal injuries.
