They say the incident happened around 2:44 a.m. According to their reports, a Honda Civic operated by 23-year-old Eduardo David Ajpacaja was headed eastbound on FM 1960 when it allegedly ran a red light. The vehicle is said to have collided with a Cadillac CTS operated by 35-year-old Pulaski Williams, causing serious injuries to both Ajpacaja's 22-year-old passenger and Williams. Ajpacaja also suffered serious injuries and was initially charged with intoxication assault. However, records show the case was refiled and charges are pending.
