What Happened

Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred on February 19, 2025, in Williamson County, Texas. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado was traveling eastbound on FM 972 when it allegedly failed to yield right of way at the intersection with FM 1105 and collided with a northbound Volkswagen Tiguan.  The 44-year-old driver of the Tiguan, identified as Rachel Hale, sustained suspected serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment. The 21-year-old driver of the Silverado was reportedly not injured. Additional information was not available.
