Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-10 in Waller County, TX on August 30th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 5:55 p.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac DTS operated by 65-year-old Ralph Phillips was westbound on I-10 before leaving allegedly its lane of travel and colliding with an Acura RDX operated by 42-year-old Hilary Amaud. Officials say Amaud and a 9-year-old passenger were evaluated for possible injuries while Phillips was seriously injured and hospitalized for treatment. Additional information was not available.
