What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured two people at  FM 1314 in Porter, TX on May 30th, 2022. The accident reportedly occurred around 9:28 p.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-350 operated by a 41-year-old Porter man was headed westbound on FM 1314 when it reportedly failed to yield right of way to a Mercedes headed eastbound by turning into oncoming traffic. The vehicles collided, leaving 57-year-old Ramine Nabizadeh with serious injuries and his passenger, 53-year-old Valerie Nabizadeh, with minor injuries. The Porter man was not injured and reports indicate he was charged with Intoxication Assault.
