Authorities are investigating a crash that injured multiple people at I-410 in San Antonio, TX on December 25th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 7:55 p.m. According to investigators, a Lexus IS is alleged to have failed to yield prior to making a turn into the path of an approaching Chevrolet Equinox. The impact caused the Lexus to veer from the road, striking a pedestrian on the sidewalk nearby. The pedestrian, identified as 67-year-old Ramiro Cantu Gonzales, was seriously injured. Police say a 9-year-old child in Chevrolet and its 48-year-old driver, Stephanie Duarte, both had non-life-threatening injuries. The Lexus operator was allegedly uninjured.
