Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at TX 158 in Midland County, TX on May 16th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:28 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by 40-year-old Ramon Villareal II reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with the rear of a second tractor-trailer that was stopped in an inside lane while waiting to make a turn. The tractor-trailer veered from the road and overturned, causing Villareal fatal injuries.
