What Happened

Authorities in Martin County, TX, are investigating a three-vehicle crash that occurred on March 18, 2025, at approximately 7:29 a.m. on State Highway 176. A 2012 Ford Explorer was traveling west when it allegedly crossed into an eastbound lane for an unknown reasons and collided head-on with a Ford F-150. The impact caused the F-150 to collide with a third vehicle, a Ford F-250. The driver of the Explorer, allegedly identified as 62-year-old Randall Graham, suffered fatal injuries. The driver of the F-150, 43-year-old Jaime Galindo, sustained suspected serious injuries. The 40-year-old driver of the F-250, who was not publicly identified,  sustained minor injuries. Driving on the wrong side of the road was identified as a contributing factor. Additional information was not available.
