What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 256 in Tyler County, TX on September 10th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:10 p.m. A Chevrolet K3500 operated by 60-year-old Randy Graham was headed south on FM 256 at what investigators believe was an unsafe speed when it lost control at a curve in the road. It then crashed through a fence and struck a tree, causing Graham serious injuries. He was taken to an area hospital and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
