Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at State Hwy 302 in Winkler County, TX on June 19th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 1:51 a.m. A Cadillac SRX operated by a 29-year-old woman reportedly collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer that failed to yield during a turn. A passenger in the Cadillac, 33-year-old Raul Acosta Jr, suffered serious injuries. The two drivers were not injured and police issued a Failure to Yield charge to the driver of the truck.
