What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Dixie Blvd in Odessa, TX on August 21st, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 4:48 a.m. A Hyundai Sonata was accused of failing to yield at a stop sign and collided with a Ford F-150. The impact caused the Sonata to overturn into a chain link fence, causing Bueno serious injuries. The other driver, 51-year-old Michael Wayne Brown, was evaluated for possible injuries. Responding officers say alcohol was a possible contributing factor int he crash.
